This press is designed for hot forming, and in addition to its main function, it includes all the necessary systems and equipment necessary to meet the technological requirements for this procedure.

Hardness testing equipment

To complete the process of production of projectile shell body, Servoteh designed and created an automatic machine to test the hardness of shell bodies. 

The concept of the machine enables a faster process of testing the hardness of shell bodies

• Automated adjustment for all calibers in aoperating range
• Milling unit used to prepare the surface for atesting

Rotating band 
crimping press

Specialized hydraulic presses for crimping copper or brass rotating bands onto projectile shells.

For larger calibres, the presses can be equipped with an electric crane or robotic system for safe and efficient handling of heavy workpieces.
